Pentax K10D + Sigma 500mm ƒ1.4 + AB400

I've been out of it this week. Last weekend my back went out on me - and the ol' sciatica flared up as a result. Meds have helped, but I'm having a hard time walking without pain. Plus, I haven't had a decent night's sleep since Saturday. My doctor says I should be back to normal sometime this week - and I'm ready for it.
