Pentax *ist D + Kodak Duaflex II

Wednesday morning. I'm starting to feel like my old self - just a little soreness remains - and after seeing my doctor yesterday, I think I'm gonna live. Patience. That's my biggest problem at this point. I simply don't have enough of it when it comes to back pain.

So, I'll still have to take it easy for a while. But I should be able to take a walk around the neighborhood today or tomorrow after work, just to stretch and get some air.

My co-workers have been fantastic, very supportive and helpful. That really does help.
