So, I finally got to hear Jakob Nieslen speak. I'm commuting to SF for three days this week to attend the Nielsen Norman Group Usabliltiy Week conference. Yesterday he talked about the foundation of 'Usability' and was actually quite an engaging speaker. I'm sitting through the 'Usability in Practice' sessions. The speaker before Jakob was very good. Her name is Amy Shade.

Anyway - I'll write more about this later in the week. I gotta get going.
