It's Friday. Mom and Sis are coming over for dinner this evening. Chinese take out. I haven't had that in a while.

I'm consuming a lot of lettuce these days. Since the first of the year I've managed to lose 30 pounds. I'm feeling so much better. My back hasn't given me any problems since the episode with sciatica and my knees aren't sore after an outing with cameras. I still have a significant amount of weight to lose, but I'm patient. It didn't go on overnight.

I'm driving out to P-town Saturday for the Goodguys West Coast Nationals. It's their big yearly event. It's three days long, but one day is plenty enough for me. Get ready for hotrod shots...
