Food. I love it.

I'm nearly finished reading Omnivore's Dilemma and have a new found respect and slight fear of corn. It's present in most everything we consume. Reading labels is automatic these days.

Weight Watchers is coming along fine - a little bit of a struggle through the holidays, but I'm down 37lbs from where I was in January. Feeling much better physically, I have to admit, but those years of skateboarding back in the late 70s have really taken their toll on my knees.
