Garage sale find. Me, I dig looking at other people's junk. The CFO of Morris Enterprises doesn't share my enthusiasm... so when I'm out and about without her, I'll stop if I see a good sized garage sale.

I was headed for OSH last Saturday evening to find an inexpensive caliper. It was starting to get dark. I saw a bunch of people milling around a corner house on the other side of the street while waiting my turn at a four-way stop. A spot to park my truck awaited - I pulled up, jumped out and walked around the driveway, looking at all the cool stuff.

The first thing I picked up was this Japanese folding fan. I started to unfold it when someone bellowed "One buck!" As I looked up, she was walking towards me, telling me how much she loves Japanese fans. I could have haggled, but smiling, I pulled a dollar out of my pocket and handed it to her.
